"A complete deal- precision as well as quality! I use my bike to commute to work and I had a broken spoke emergency. I emailed Clark at 6pm, dropped off the wheel at 7pm. He replaced the broken spoke, trued and tensioned the wheel and had it ready for me to pick up at 5am the next morning so I could get to work. Very reasonable fee. Highly recommend.
